The man who encourages people to dream big.The famous motivational speaker is the founder of one of Pakistan's leading training institute that provides services to elite multinational companies all over the world such as Coca Cola,Total,Nestle,P&G to name a few.few. His training programs are a part of curriculum at Civil Services Academy.He was also featured in Geo News Campaign of how a man can overcome hardships and failures and achieve success in his life.however,all this fame and success did not come easy for him.
Qaiser Abbas was born into a family living well below the poverty line.His father was a labor and it was very difficult for him to make ends meet.hence early life of Qaiser Abbas was a picture of scarcity,deprivation and malnutrition.He was however determined to succeed and do something big in his life.He started working at a very young age to support his education.Through a string of low paying and demeaning jobs he managed to get through college.After finishing college he won a admission in MSc at Punjab University,his life however, was a still characterized by homelessness,hunger and other similar problems.
During his first year he lost his father at the young age of 21,as he was already deprived of his mother when he was 7,his heart filled with grief and he considered ending his life,however his fiends and family provided him with much needed support and he decided to continue.After finishing university he could not find a job and was twice rejected by Pakistan Air force and Punjab University.He would go to the Interviews wearing borrowed clothes and his sisters shoes.
He served as a visiting faculty at M.O.A college at Lahore but his monthly income was less than Rs 1800.Finally he landed a Job at a college in Okara but he unfulfilled dream kept him restless.Thus he said goodbye to his Job and launched his own business of corporate consultant .He made McDonald's his office and started meeting clients there.He did not ate a McDonald's burger for two and a half year because he simply could not afford one.He only offered his clients tea and that two only for the client.His perseverance and spirit finally reaped fruit and made him what he is today a role model for people all around the world ,a symbol of success,Chris Gardner Of Pakistan.
