Envision strolling down the road and being stood up to by a huge war tank… completely stacked with a library brimming with books. It's learning being doled out in the most imaginative way that is available, and its all because of flighty Brazilian artist, Raul Lemesoff. His mission? "To fight obliviousness and spread learning".
The "Weapon Of Mass Instruction" (Arma de Instruccion Masiva) was made by changing
over a 1979 Ford Flacom into a strange tank-like vehicle complete with a swiveling turret,
a non-working firearm, and space to store around 900 books – inside and outside of the

Lemesoff drives however the avenues of Buenos Aires and conveys books to youthful
and old alike. His only request? That they guarantee to read what he's issued them.
