"Beware!whenever you turn on the vice recognition option your private conversation will be recorded and sent to a third party without your knowledge"
There are voice command options in the phone.The TV can be turned on and off with the voice command software,therefore, a third party software is installed which converts these voice commands into text messages and sends them to the TV which then acts according to the command.According to the company the purpose of data collection is to improve the performance of TV and make it more user friendly for the customer although user can turn off the data collection option.It is not the first time that users of smart TV have faced privacy issues.It was revealed in 2013 that LG smart TVs were recording the data about the habits of the smart TV users and were sending it back to the company secretly.
